All the prices mentioned on the shaadi store are based on the current rates at the quoted date and are liable for any alterations to the degree of any subsequent changes in exchange rates, new or raised tariffs, duty or other taxes or any Rise in production and shipping costs.
If the purchaser cancels all or part of the shipment at any time, the retailer shall refund us promptly upon request for any expenses incurred by, or on behalf of us in handling any terminated order. When informed to us seven days before the due date of delivery, the purchaser shall pay us 10% of the cost of the canceled order. An order for products to be made in compliance with the plans, models, and requirements of the purchaser, if such cancellation happens after all or part of the products have been manufactured or have started to be made, the purchaser shall pay us the full agreed amount of all goods made and began to be made up to the time of cancellation. In such cases, at his demand, and expense all or partially finished items will be shipped to the purchaser
